I have been training with Esme for just over two years now. When i first started I had a completely negative relationship with exercise, I didn’t enjoy it and was a little afraid of it! Since training with Esme not only has my fitness improved drastically, my body has changed more than I thought it would and I now feel so much more confident in myself & with exercise.
Esme has a great way of making each session unique, challenging and fun! She has a brilliant way of pushing you to your maximum abilities – I have done things I never thought I could ever do!

I went to Esme after having horrible morning sickness during my pregnancy that left my body weak and exhausted. My goal was to rebuild the muscle I had lost and strengthen my body over all, but focusing on muscles that get weak during pregnancy.
Esme suited to my ability, making changes as I progressed over the weeks. Not only did I feel and see a difference physically but also emotionally and mentally. Esme leads by example and has helped me completely change my relationship with exercise, I believe this has helped me the most during labor and has had a massive impact on my recovery.
Esme demonstrates an outstanding knowledge on anatomy and physiology and excellent skills in the deliverance of individualized programs. There’s no one I’d recommend more.
I have been training with the lovely Esme, for four years now, that in itself, speaks volumes. I began on my journey with Esme in my forties, I was really unhappy with my body shape and fitness. In that time, my strength, fitness and body shape have changed enormously, for the better.
Esme mixes up our training (I train with a partner) making sure that we safely reach our potential in each session, whether that be cardio, strength or out and about running or stretching she always makes it fun.
Last year I became quite ill, throughout this Esme’s training sessions have been invaluable. She has enabled me to keep the strength around my joints, pace myself and keep those endorphins coming through difficult times.
I can, and do recommend Esme as a personal trainer, she’s an expert in her field who makes training fun, safe and transformative.
Four years ago I moved to Bude and went in search of a gym. Eventually someone recommended Esme and I haven’t looked back since. I’m fitter and stronger than I have ever been and more toned. My sessions are hard and varied. I come away feeling exhausted but still go back for more, always with a smile on my face.
I was anxious about getting back into training but Esme was marvelous allaying my concerns i had. I have gone from strength to strength since then. Esme has a very engaging friendly personality which makes training together fun but always challenging as she sets high standards to deliver a thorough workout. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.
I have been training with Esme for a couple of years now and I look forward to her sessions every week. Since finding out I was pregnant back in January of this year Esme has tailored my training sessions, adjusting them each week as my bump grows and my body changes. She is so knowledgeable about the changes to my body throughout my pregnancy and has helped me to remain confident to train right up until a few weeks before my due date. I still come away from each session feeling like I’ve had a good work out. She has helped me to focus on strengthening my pelvic floor and has taught me breathing and movement exercises that I can carry on at home. Without Esme’s sessions I wouldn’t have done anywhere near the amount of exercise throughout my pregnancy and the sessions have helped me to remain strong and as fit as possible giving me the best base for labour and and the recovery post birth. I already cannot wait to get back into the gym with her when my body allows! I couldn’t recommend her training enough!
