I am a fully qualified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist with over four years experience in the industry. I found my passion for health and fitness through losing weight myself 10 years ago. After seeing my own transformation and the positive changes my new lifestyle brought to my both physical and mental health, I aspired to share my knowledge and help others achieve the same thing. I pride myself in being compassionate, understanding, and adaptable to my clients’ abilities and needs.
I will do my best to increase your confidence in a gym environment and find something that not only you enjoy, but something that you are good at, to make exercise an positive experience and not a punishment or chore.
I believe that health and fitness is a lifestyle. I am here to support you towards your journey of “evolving” into the healthiest version of yourself in body, nutrition and mind.
I always tailor my training plans to the individual client, focusing on your personal goals whilst considering your current nutrition habits, lifestyle and posture.
Your training would be regularly adapted to help you reach your goals, and outside of the gym I offer continuous support, encouragement and advice whenever you may need it. Whether it’s dropping a dress-size, correcting postural imbalances, increasing strength or using exercise as a mental health aid; I will do my very best to help you achieve your full potential.
