My packages cover whatever your goal is: whether it’s weight loss, improving posture, building muscle and strength or improving on existing techniques and building confidence in a gym environment.

All packages start with a completely free, no obligation consultation.

During the assessment, we will discuss your current level of fitness, as well as your goals. I’ll also ask you to provide me with a food diary so I can analyse where you are now, and offer nutritional advice, where you may need it.

Each package will include a fitness test- tailored to your goals, before and after pictures, a postural assessment, weight and measuring, and body fat percentage.

I will then create an individualised training plan for you to achieve your goal, using a variation of fitness equipment and different training techniques.

You also get continual support, and encouragement, lifestyle and nutrition advice, and recipes – you’ll get exclusive access to the Client Area, which is jam packed with recipes and resources.
